Wooster Christian School students and administrators recently hosted Dan and Phyllis Wakefield in the WCS High School STEM Lab.

Thanks to the Dan Wakefield State Farm Insurance Group, a gift of 25 laptops was donated to the Wooster Christian School High School STEM Lab. State Farm Companies Foundation supports initiatives, scholarships and associate-directed programs that improve communities.

“At WCS we have striven to enhance our high school STEM, coding and mathematics programming,” WCS administrator Randy Claes said. “This donation from State Farm is so appreciated, allowing us to further our mission to prepare students for the future through excellence in Christian education.”

Wooster Christian School was fortunate to receive all that was requested through the State Farm In-Kind Computer Donation Program, a gift that will be invaluable in the development of the expanding school.

At Wooster Christian School, enrollment has increased over 42% since 2018 in part due to the addition of a high school, with the first class set to graduate in May 2023.
